Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Non-Refundable Memberships

All memberships are non-refundable. Once purchased, membership fees will not be returned under standard circumstances.

2. Monthly Membership Payments

Monthly memberships paid via credit card require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. Payments will continue to be deducted until a formal cancellation request is submitted. Monthly memberships do not automatically cancel after the minimum term.

3. Safety Deposit

A safety deposit of AED 125 may be required at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the minimum commitment period.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted on or before the 25th of the month to take effect the following month. Members still within their minimum commitment period may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s membership fee (30-day notice required).

5. Membership Transfer

Memberships are non-transferable. In exceptional cases, a transfer may be approved subject to a transfer fee of AED 125.

6. Membership Freezing

Membership freezing is available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks (1 month). A freezing fee of AED 125 applies. A signed Membership Freezing Form must be submitted to process the request.
